Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, Harry proudly championed this year’s theme of ‘Action’. As one of the UK’s most high-profile public health campaigns, this week highlights the importance of good mental health, reduces stigma and promotes practical wellbeing.

Harry shared a personal insight into how he takes action that helps with his own mental health posting a photo of a family walk with his dogs in the fresh air to highlight how simple, daily habits can clear the mind when needed. "I’d encourage people to take any action that can offer a boost to your mental health or somebody else’s," Harry says. "Whether that’s spending time with family or just picking up the phone to call a friend.”

Additionally, HKF collaborated with the Mental Health Foundation (the charity behind the national campaign) by sharing a quote of support outlining his personal action for good mental health.

Also, HKF partnered with Shout, for their #MoveForMentalHealth campaign, encouraging people to build small moments of physical activity into their daily routines to boost their moods.

At HKF, we believe mental wellness starts with the choices we make every day. No action is too small. Whether you are stepping outside for fresh air or reaching out to a loved one, we are all in this together. There are plenty of actions you can take today to improve your mental health.
