Harry partners with BBC Children In Need, Mental Health Foundation and Shout

Harry partnered with BBC Children In Need, Mental Health Foundation and Shout to promote physical activity for good mental wellbeing as part of Mental Health Awareness Week campaigning.

During Mental Health Awareness Week, 13-19th May 2024, Harry leveraged his platform to champion mental health, particularly among young people. He emphasised the importance of open communication, helping others and physical activity for good mental wellbeing. Harry joined the BBC’s Team Moodboosters, a fun and interactive classroom activity by BBC Children in Need.

Partnering with Shout, Harry spearheaded their 'MoveforMentalHealth' campaign, promoting physical activity. This campaign challenged people to participate in exercise challenges, raising awareness about the positive impact of movement on mental health, whilst raising funds for Shout.

Lastly, Harry extended his support to the Mental Health Foundation, the founding charity behind Mental Health Awareness Week. He contributed a foreword to a wellbeing lesson plan distributed to school children across the United Kingdom.
