HKF has proudly teamed up with The Mix (part of Mental Health Innovations) to fund and launch the new Resilience module, forming part of their LifeSkills programme. This free, self-paced tool, which is co-created withyoung people, helps 10-18-year-olds strengthen their mental health by learning to adapt and grow through challenges.
This initiative combines clinical expertise with Harry’s journey to empower young people. Harry gave his time in support of the project by sharing insights from his own career, including managing setbacks and pressure, to make the advice relatable. Harry encourages young people to view mental wellbeing as something they must nurture and constantly work on, just like physical health. A key take out is seeking support is a sign of strength, reinforcing the module's message that resilience is about learning from difficulty, and not being "unbreakable."
The module, available in two age-specific versions, uses interactive content and comics to deliver practical coping strategies.
